What is the format?
90 minute interactive group workshop
We begin with a brief introduction to myofascial release (self-massage) and then move through a series of full-body massage exercises with guided instruction coupled with targeted breathing exercises
Expect a closing integration breathing practice and time for Q&A
Natural rubber massage balls from Rawlogy provided
What will attendees leave with?
Greater body awareness & the ability to target where pain is coming from.
A head-to-toe self-massage routine that can be called upon to speed recovery anywhere, at anytime. Shorter recovery = more time moving and having fun!
Beginner-friendly breathing techniques for relaxation.
What to bring
A yoga mat
Water
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in

Attendees will be asked to sign a liability release waiver (similar to a yoga class)
