What is the format?
90 minute, interactive group workshop
We’ll begin with a brief introduction to myofascial release (self-massage) and move through a series of interactive full-body massage exercises coupled with target breathing techniques
Expect guided instruction, a closing integration breathing practice, and time for Q&A
Natural rubber massage balls from Rawlogy provided
What will attendees leave with?
Greater body awareness & the ability to target where pain is coming from.
A head-to-toe self-massage routine that can be called upon to speed recovery anywhere, at anytime. Shorter recovery = more time moving and having fun!
Beginner-friendly breathing techniques for relaxation.
What to bring?
A yoga mat and water
Wear clothes you can move in
Massage balls will be provided
