What is the format?

  • 90 minute, interactive group workshop

  • We’ll begin with a brief introduction to myofascial release (self-massage) and move through a series of interactive full-body massage exercises coupled with target breathing techniques

  • Expect guided instruction, a closing integration breathing practice, and time for Q&A

  • Natural rubber massage balls from Rawlogy provided

What will attendees leave with?

  • Greater body awareness & the ability to target where pain is coming from.

  • A head-to-toe self-massage routine that can be called upon to speed recovery anywhere, at anytime. Shorter recovery = more time moving and having fun!

  • Beginner-friendly breathing techniques for relaxation.

What to bring?

  • A yoga mat and water

  • Wear clothes you can move in

  • Massage balls will be provided

  • Attendees will be asked to sign a liability release waiver (similar to a yoga class)
